ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Made a mistake with your purchase?  Changed your mind or need to alter your order? 

Order cancellations and changes can be initiated within 59 minutes of purchase; contact info@dianakissen.shop for assistance. 

Unfortunately, after 59 minutes, because we’re committed to the fastest possible order delivery,  we’re unable to cancel your order. 

However, you’re welcome to return the package to us unopened, as received, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

All refunds and returns must be initiated via contacting us at info@dianakissen.shop. Our team will provide you with the needed documentation and further details.

A reminder that all refunds, returns, and exchanges require proof of purchase and proof of product condition via photos. 


PRODUCT RETURN CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND

Please note that products must be returned in new or gently used condition with the original packaging to qualify for a refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.  

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
